Privacy Policy

PressFeature (pressfeature.org) arranges sponsored articles and guest posts on US news outlets. This page explains, in plain words, what information we collect when you use this site or place an order, how we use it, and what choices you have.

What you give us

When you contact us or place an order, you share details such as your name, your email address, your business name and website, and the article you want published. We only receive what you send us yourself, by email or during the order process.

How we use it

  • To reply to your questions and prepare your quote.
  • To arrange and place your article with the outlet you choose.
  • To send you updates about your order and the live link once your article is published.
  • To keep normal business records of orders and payments.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not add you to newsletters you never asked for.

What the outlet receives

Publishing your article is the whole point of the service, so the outlet you choose receives your article and the business details that appear in it, such as your business name and your website link. Nothing beyond what the placement needs is sent.

What we never do

  • We never sell your personal information.
  • We never share your contact details with other customers.
  • Your price and your order details stay between you and us.

Service providers

We use ordinary providers to run this website and our email, such as hosting and email services. They handle information only so those services work.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If that ever changes, we will update this page before it happens.

How long we keep information

We keep order and email records while they are needed for the service and for normal business record keeping. You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time, and we will delete it unless the law requires us to keep a specific record.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it or delete it. Just email us and we will handle it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
