These terms cover orders placed with PressFeature (pressfeature.org) for sponsored articles and guest posts on US news outlets. When you place an order with us, you agree to the version of these terms posted on this page.

The service

PressFeature arranges sponsored articles and guest posts on third party US news outlets listed on this website. You choose the outlet, you approve the price and the timeline in writing before you pay, and we then arrange publication of your article on that outlet's own website. Articles are labelled as sponsored content wherever the outlet requires it.

Your article

You provide the finished article. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything in it and for having the right to use all of its content, including text, images, logos, and any claims about your products or services. We may decline or pause an article, for example if it promotes something unlawful or if an outlet will not accept its topic.

Publication and timelines

Every outlet is an independent business with its own publishing schedule. We confirm the expected timeline with you before you pay and we keep you updated while your article is in progress, but final timing sits with the outlet. A placement does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, or sales, and we never promise those outcomes.

Links and labelling

The outlet decides the link attributes and labelling for sponsored content on its site. Sponsored articles can carry nofollow or sponsored link attributes, and the article can be marked as sponsored or partner content, according to the outlet's own policy.

Permanence

Placements are arranged as permanent placements, and your article is expected to stay live. If an outlet removes your article, contact us and we will work with the outlet to restore it or arrange a fair alternative for you.

Payment and refunds

Payment is due in full before we place your article. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which includes a full refund if your article does not go live.

Liability

Our responsibility for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you order is the version that applies to your order.
