Refund Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
Our promise is simple. If your article does not go live on the outlet you picked, you get a full refund. This page explains exactly how refunds work, in plain words.
If your article does not go live
If we cannot get your article published on the outlet you chose, we refund 100 percent of what you paid for that placement. There are no forms to fight with and no runaround. Email us, and we will process the refund.
Cancelling before submission
If you change your mind before we submit your article to the outlet, tell us and we will refund you in full.
After submission, before publication
If your article has been submitted to the outlet and you want it stopped, email us right away. We will pass the stop request to the outlet immediately, but outlets work on their own schedules, so we cannot promise the stop will land in time. If the article goes live, the placement is complete and is not refundable. If the outlet stops it in time and it never goes live, you get a full refund.
After your article is live
Once your article is live on the outlet, the service is complete and that placement is not refundable. Placements are sold as permanent, and permanence is part of what you paid for. If an outlet later removes your article, contact us and we will take it up with the outlet and push for the article to be restored. We cannot refund a placement that went live, because the payment for that placement has already been released to the outlet.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid back to the original payment method used for the order.
